1987.

Sanica was founded in 1987 as Turkey's first acrylic bathtub manufacturer. Today we operate in seven main production groups — bathroom, spa, heating, plumbing, glass, infrastructure and material handling equipment — exporting from 2 countries and 7 facilities to over 50 countries. Under Fatinoğlu Holding, we operate with 750 employees across Istanbul, Akhisar and Elazığ.

Our Forklift Story

Stepping into material handling.

Sanica's decades of manufacturing expertise expanded into a new field in the early 2010s: new-generation electric forklifts. With Fatinoğlu Holding's investment decision, we set out to bring domestic production to a category that relied heavily on imports.

The defining moment in this journey was the integration of Italian Pegasolift into Sanica. Pegasolift's decades of European material handling expertise met our modern Akhisar production line. The Puma, Leon, Panter S and Tiger models — designed at a table shared with our Italian and Spanish engineers — operate today across Turkey.

  1. 1987

    Sanica founded

    Sanica was founded under Fatinoğlu Holding as Turkey's first acrylic bathtub manufacturer.

  2. 2000+

    European expansion

    Product range expanded with bathroom, spa, heating, plumbing, glass and infrastructure groups. Exports started to 50+ countries.

  3. 2010+

    Forklift production decision

    With a Fatinoğlu Holding investment decision, Sanica entered the new-generation electric forklift manufacturing market.

  4. 2020

    Pegasolift integration

    Italian Pegasolift SRL became part of Fatinoğlu Holding and transformed into a Turkey-based company. Europe's material handling expertise met the Akhisar production line.

  5. Today

    Robotic production · Akhisar

    Puma, Leon, Panter S and Tiger models are produced at our Manisa Akhisar facility using robotic systems, in collaboration with Italian and Spanish engineers.
