How does it work?
The pallet truck operates with a control latch on top of the push/pull handle in three positions: carry, lift and lower. Lifting is performed via a manually operated hydraulic system; as the operator pumps, the forks lift the load a few centimeters off the ground from under the pallet and transport it to the destination.
Structure and durability
Chassis is 3 mm thick steel sheet, forks are reinforced with profile. Pistons are European-grade ground, ensuring long service life. The hydraulic system includes a protective central valve that auto-closes on overload, safely deactivating the system in over-capacity situations.
Safety features
- Cornering safety mode — stability while walking or operating
- Anti-skid system — prevents rollback on inclines
- Auto-protection valve — disables circuit on overload
- 3-position control latch — clear, error-free operation
Which surfaces is it used on?
Wheel selection depends on floor type. Polyurethane wheels for hard, smooth concrete or epoxy floors; polyamide wheels for rough surfaces and hygienic environments. White polyamide version is preferred in food processing and pharma where non-marking operation is required.
Polyurethane
Hard, smooth floorsDual-bearing, self-lubricating structure. Optimal for production lines, warehouse floors, concrete surfaces.
Polyamide (black / white)
Rough floors and hygienic environmentsDual-bearing, non-marking white version available. For food processing, pharma, cold storage facilities.
